We offer the following Services

Detailed Enquiry will provide you with a written answer to specific questions you may have.We are also happy to discuss matters with you by telephone (if appropriate) to try and answer your query. There is a fee of £100 + VAT for this service.

DIY Divorce will provide you with the Divorce Application form as well as guidance notes to help you fill in the form and lodge it with the Court. Free telephone and email advice will also be provided for any query relating to filling in the form or it's submission to the Court. For this service there is a charge of £100 + VAT

Court Actions in Family cases can be raised or defended in accordance with your instructions, if an action has been served against you please complete our Defended Enquiry Form as fully as possible.

Separation Agreements can be drafted to regulate the terms of your separation pre-divorce.
