Undefended Enquiry

If you and your spouse both agree to divorce and have reached agreement on assets and liabilities, children (under the age of 16) and all other matters, the divorce proceeds as an undefended case.

Alternatively if the divorce is based on unreasonable behavior or adultery you must raise proceedings by way of the ordinary procedure which will require you to satisfy the court that you are entitled to a divorce.
