Separation Agreement
Separation Agreements can be drafted to regulate the terms of your separation.
This may include division of capital, sale of the matrimonial home and endowment policies, aliment, periodical allowance, payment of debts and succession to your estate on death Separation Agreements are legally binding contracts and are useful to settle financial matters. Long-drawn-out court proceedings on financial matters can be extremely expensive leaving both parties with less capital at the end of the day.
You can also include arrangements for your children confirming where they are to reside and what contact they are to have with the parent with whom they do not reside. Such arrangements for children are always subject to what the Court may rule as in their best interest should Court Proceedings be raised.
