Angela Wipat

Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law, Angela has worked exclusively in this area since qualifying in 1996. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in advising clients in all aspects of this wide area of law including cross border disputes and financial provision on separation and divorce.

Angela recognises that an adversarial approach is not always the most appropriate way to handle sensitive and emotional issues arising from a breakdown in a relationship.

She is a trained collaborative lawyer and is able to offer this alternative method of dispute resolution to clients. She is a member of the Scottish Collaborative Family Law Group and is also a member of the Family Law Association.
