Amanda Wilson

Amanda deals with a wide range of matrimonial and child related matters including divorce, cohabitation, residence/contact and adoption.  Amanda understands the importance of trying to resolve these matters on an amicable basis, particularly where there are children involved.   She has become known for her caring and sensitive approach which helps clients to reach a resolution at a time when relationships are under strain.  However, Amada appreciates that in some cases, it is necessary for the courts to intervene. 

Amanda appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland regularly.  She has experience of dealing with a broad range of family cases and through Divorce Law Scotland, has represented clients from across the world in pursuing/defending Scottish divorce cases. Amanda is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
